A - Shipping is directly calculated by Canada Post based on destination, and weight or dimension of the package.

Q - I received a damaged item.
A - If you receive a damaged item there are a few options.
1- Refuse acceptance of the package.
2- If item is accepted but damaged on the inside take pictures and contact us immediately and provide us the pictures of the damaged item. We will resolve the issue and let you know the next steps.
Q - I want to buy wholesale.
A - We have some automatic discounts available on certain products and are listed on the product description.
For large quantities of items and an estimate contact us and provide item description, quantity, and destination. We will provide you with an estimate and options.
