- We deliver to apartments or condominium buildings. Within multi-floor buildings, an elevator must be accessible for delivery.
- No parking restrictions or hours of operation can impede our ability to deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- We can only deliver an order to one central location.
- We cannot hand-carry delivery orders up or down stairs.
- We cannot stock shelves or rotate merchandise.
In the local delivery zone referenced above, orders of less than $250 before taxes and fees will be charged a $25 delivery surcharge. Please be aware that there may be a charge of up to $25 if we arrive at your location with a delivery and no one is there to receive the order.
